EXPECTATIONS & COMMITMENTS

It is not unusual for web projects to be delayed due to clients not supplying feedback or content necessary to complete sections. It is very important to us to communicate thoroughly with you to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on-time. If additional time or resources are necessary, the project schedule and fee may be altered to accommodate, with approval of both parties (us and client).

If drastic design or technology changes are required mid-stream, it may be necessary to recalculate the total proposed fee for the project, within reason.
